Retail Terms
All jewelry is made of 100% solid sterling silver with the exception, in some cases, of clasps, pins or chains. All jewelry is also available in gold on special order.
All jewelry prices include shipping and handling within the United States.
Items will be sent via Post Office Priority Mail and, if in stock, will generally be shipped within four days of receipt of payment. If a delay in shipping becomes necessary, we will contact you immediately.
Elegant Orchid accepts major credit cards, personal and business checks and money orders. Credit card payments can be placed via our secure server shopping cart system, or via phone or mail.
Returns
All items are unconditionally guaranteed and may be returned for any reason whatsoever. In order to return an item, please note the following:
1. You must notify us first and wait for our reply. We will not accept returns without pre-authorization.
2. The item must be in exactly the same condition as when it was received.
3. You will be reimbursed for your full purchase price. If the return is for a defect in workmanship, we will include your return postage. If you prefer, we will send you a replacement at our expense.
